Gayla - New Patient Treatment Coordinator

Hi! My name is Gayla. I am Dr. Greenberg and Dr. Benitez's treatment coordinator for the Dallas and Frisco locations. I have been in orthodontics for over 18 years and have worked at RxSmile since 2001. I began as a technician working with patients in treatment, and moved to my present position as treatment coordinator over six years ago. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing the patients become more and more confident and happy as their smiles change! We have a lot of fun while delivering excellent results!

In my spare time, I love to hunt, camp, sing, and spend time with my grand babies!

 Lisa - Practice Administrator

Hello! My name is Lisa. I have been with Dr. Greenberg from his opening day in 1988! I am the practice administrator for the office, lovingly referred to as the “office mom.” I oversee the day-to-day functions of the office and handle everything from most of the finances and insurance billing to any additional patient needs. I have worked with Dr. Greenberg for over 20 wonderful years, and I look forward to many more! Dr. Greenberg is a great boss and friend, a genuine person, and the best in his field. Dr. Benitez is so fun to be around. Watching him grow as a new orthodontist and family man is priceless.

I have two beautiful children and a house full of pets. When I am not cooking, doing the laundry, or cleaning up after someone or something, I enjoy spending time with my friends and trying to be an extreme couponer, which is a work in progress.

Mercedes - Sterilization Technician

Hi, my name is Mercedes, and I am an orthodontic technician here at RxSmile. Since I joined the team in 2012, I have learned so much, and I owe it all to Drs. Greenberg and Benitez. They are fantastic orthodontists and even better people. I really enjoy talking with patients and bringing confidence to their lives with a beautiful smile.

I have two wonderful children and a loving husband. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends.

Rosie - Clinical Coordinator

Hi! My name is Rosie, and I enjoy working as the clinical coordinator for the Dallas and Frisco offices. Making sure each and every patient has a great experience in our office is my number-one priority. I make sure everyone in the office has everything they need to take the best care of our patients’ needs. I have been in the dental field for 15 years, and I switched to the specialty of orthodontics seven years ago and love it! I love watching all of our patients' smiles transform right before our eyes. Coming to work at Dr. Greenberg and Dr. Benitez's office each day is an absolute blast!

I am the proud mother of four beautiful kids. In my spare time I love cooking and spending time with my family.

Amber - Financial Coordinator

Greetings! My name is Amber and I am a financial coordinator for Drs. Greenberg and Benitez. I joined the team in August 2012, love interacting with our patients and my team members. When I’ve completed a huge insurance project, I know that I am making my patient’s treatment with us tolerable, enjoyable, and fulfilling. I’m one of the only nerds I know that LIKES to talk to insurance companies! I also appreciate our doctors’ wonderful personalities; they are a pleasure to work with. They truly care for every patient who walks through our doors.

At home, I have a loving husband, three children, and a Yorkie named Riley. We love soccer and are very involved with our church.

Ten - Scheduling Coordinator

Hi, Welcome, my name is Ten, and I coordinate all aspects of our front and back offices. I joined Drs. Greenberg and Benitez in 2012, but I have over 20 years of experience in the field of orthodontics. I love it! There is nothing like seeing a patient coming to the office, self-conscious about their smile, and then watching as their confidence grows and seeing the largest smile you have ever seen come from that patient by the end of treatment. In a way, we get a chance to help change their life for the better.

Anna - Sterilization Technician

Hi, Hello, I’m Anna! I joined RxSmile in 2013, which makes me one of the newest members of our orthodontic family. Most of my duties involve sterilizing instruments, cleaning chairs between patients, and assisting the doctors. The best part of my job, though, is working with such awesome people! I love talking with our patients and having fun with my coworkers!

I have two wonderful children whom I love to spend time with when I’m no at work.

Ashley - Patient Relations

Welcome! I’m Ashley, and work with patients to schedule appointments and answer questions here at RxSmile. I love talking to our patients and hearing their stories. Seeing their progress while in treatment is amazing! So amazing that I am wearing braces myself! Dr. Greenberg is a true, genuine spirit. Even though his jokes are old, they are just as funny as the first time I heard them. He loves to smile and lights up the room. Dr. Benitez is also a delight to work with. He is a laid-back, fun person. I don’t think any of us could have asked for two better doctors.

I love my family. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and are 12 years strong. I have two beautiful children who are my world. I love baseball, having cute nails, shopping, crafting, and going to the beach.
